Multi layer composite PVC flooring means that it has a multi-layer structure, usually consisting of 4-5 layers of laminated structure, including wear-resistant layer (including UV treatment), printing film layer, glass fiber layer, elastic foam layer, base layer, etc.
PVC flooring "refers to flooring produced using polyvinyl chloride materials. Specifically, it is produced by using polyvinyl chloride and its copolymer resin as the main raw materials, adding fillers, plasticizers, stabilizers, colorants, and other auxiliary materials, and coating or rolling, extrusion, or extrusion processes on a continuous substrate.
1. Dry mop: Remove dust and dirt from the floor. Use dry or moist yarn, microfibers, or other suitable dry mops.
2. Vacuum cleaner cleaning: Using a vacuum cleaner can remove dust and loose dirt from the floor. In areas with restricted operation, this cleaning method can be used instead of mops.
3. Slightly wet mop: The mop should be slightly moistened with water or cleaning agent first. The method is to use a dedicated cleaning winch to squeeze out excess water from the mop, and in addition, water or cleaning agent can be sprayed on the mop. Please note that there must be no water accumulation on the floor. The floor must be able to completely dry within 15-20 seconds after wiping.
4. Remove stains: Spray diluted neutral cleaning agent directly onto the stains, then clean with a white or red nylon cleaning pad until the stains are removed, and finally wipe clean with clean water.
5. Multifunctional floor scrubber: For areas with heavy cleaning tasks, it is recommended to use a multifunctional floor scrubber for cleaning. It can complete the floor scrubbing and collect sewage in one cleaning step. You can use a brush and cleaning pad to complete the cleaning work. Typically, beige/red cleaning pads can be used. You can use different sizes of electric or battery powered scrubbers, as well as scrubbers with brushes.
Grassroots Treatment:
1. After installing the walls, ceiling, and doors and windows, clean up any debris on the ground.
2. Remove oil stains, residues, etc. from the ground.
3. Clean up ground dust and sand particles.
4. After cleaning the ground, evenly roll and apply a layer of interface agent.
Self Leveling Construction:
1. Check if the cement self-leveling meets the standards, and do not use expired self-leveling.
2. Pour the self-leveling into the solvent and dilute it with water.
3. Stir thoroughly until the fluid is formed.
4. Pour the self leveling onto the ground and use a scraper to scrape it flat, with a thickness of about 2-3mm.
5. Within 4 hours after the completion of self leveling construction, no personnel or items can be placed on the site.
Setting Out
1. Divide and snap lines for positioning based on design patterns, floor specifications, and room area.
2. Pop up the center cross line and patchwork dividing line on the ground.
3. Pop up the edge line on the wall, paying attention to the lines being clear and accurate.
4. Number the pre assembled boards according to the lines before laying the floor.
Floor Installation
1. First, wipe the ground with a dry towel to remove dust.
2. Brush the adhesive onto the surface with a toothed scraper, lay the board from the inside out, and then press it tightly with a roller or push plate.
3. After the board is laid, wait for the adhesive to solidify before welding the board seam.
4. Before welding, cut the edges of the adjacent two plates into V-shaped grooves, and then use a hot air welding gun to weld the welding rod.
5. After the welding rod cools down, use a shovel to cut the welding rod above the surface of the board flat, and do not damage the floor surface during operation.
